How do I get a free unemployment appeal’s attorney?

How do I get an Unemployment Appeal attorney appointed to me for free?

I am on my second appeal. (Obviously, this employer can’t stand me because they’re putting me through SO Much.) I have been at it with them since February. I’ve lost my previous residence as well, since it has been hell finding another job!
I don’t understand why they would try again.. (Oh, I KNOW!! to Inconvenience me, the same day as my first day of college!)

ANY WHO,

How do i get an attorney this time?? They never showed previously, and lost before, based on My evidence of foul play at the work place.

PLEASE HELP..
Actually, Common Sense, My appeals Paper STATES “You May Have an ATTORNEY APPOINTED TO YOU.”.. WHICH MEANS an attorney appointed by the court and COMPENSATED BY THE STATE to represent an indigent defendant.

SECONDLY, The employer was on a CONFERENCE CALL.. No, they never Showed but a hearing WAS Held.

You obviously have no ‘common sense’ at all. Answer Questions based on things you DO know.
Thank You

you don’t get a free lawyer unless you’re charged with a crime. They didn’t lose based on your so-called evidence, they lost because they didn’t show up!

Good question… It really depends on the state that you are in. You can call the Unemployment Board of Review to figure out the process! Good luck to you. Lol. I do have a little ‘Common Sense!’ :)
and, by the way.. that job is horrible!
