“Costs on appeal taxed in favor of Appellee”. What does this mean as I am appellee?

My ex husband took me to court and the decision was in my favor and at the end of the papers it said the above. Does this mean that my attorney fees will be paid by him ?
my attorney is out of town and is not in the office to answer my question. I just found out today.
